Do you have Heart Failure
Do you have heart failure despite having an ejection fraction of 40 - 60%?
Learn about a clinical study for the potential treatment of heart failure in patients with higher ejection fraction.Am I a Candidate for a Study?
- Has your doctor told you that you have heart failure with ventricular ejection fraction between 40-60%?
- Have been hospitalized for heart failure symptoms in the past year?
- Do you have heart failure and heart failure symptoms despite taking medication?

Cardiovascular Disease Studies
Heart Failure
Heart failure is also known as chronic or long-term heart failure. There are different types of heart failure. Heart failure with reduced ejection fraction (HFrEF) The amount of blood the left ventricle (largest chamber of the heart) can squeeze out with each beat is reduced, and the heart muscle cannot contract or ‘squeeze’ properly. Heart failure with preserved ejection fraction (HFpEF) The amount of blood the left ventricle can squeeze out with each beat is normal, but the heart muscle cannot relax properly.
Fatty Liver Studies
Nonalcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH)
If you have NASH/MASH (a type of NAFLD/MASLD) and were told you have liver fibrosis (scarring), you may be able to join the SYNCHRONY Histology study of an investigational drug called efruxifermin (EFX), taken as a self-administered weekly injection. Histology is the study of tissue—in this case, liver tissue—under a microscope. You will be provided usual standard of care (exercise and dietary counseling) in addition to the study medication. The aim of this 5-year-long study is to find out more about how safe and effective EFX may be in adults with NASH/MASH.Participation in this clinical trial includes data privacy and identity protection for all those participating.

Ulcerative Colitis
Has ulcerative colitis ever changed your destination?
IF YOU HAVE ULCERATIVE COLITIS AND CONTINUE TO EXPERIENCE SYMPTOMS, THE PALEKONA CLINICAL STUDY MAY BE RIGHT FOR YOU.ARE YOU STILL LOOKING FOR A TREATMENT THAT WORKS FOR YOU?
WHY NOT SEE IF YOU QUALIFY FOR A STUDY INVESTIGATING AN ORAL MEDICATION FOR ULCERATIVE COLITIS?
Our team of medical professionals are evaluating an oral investigational medication to see if it reduces the signs and symptoms of Ulcerative Colitis.
